Low credit

A low score or thin credit file doesn't have to stop you from renting.

Income challenges

Lower, self-employed, or non-traditional income that doesn't meet a landlord's standard.

Limited history

First-time renters or applicants with little or no rental history.

Previously denied

Individuals who have applied elsewhere and can't get accepted on their own.

Past evictions

We rent to individuals with evictions on their record — including 3 or more evictions within the last 7 years.

How it works

Get approved by eBurst

Apply with us first. We review your situation and must approve you before we start the process.

We find the home

We locate a home that fits your approved budget and needs.

We sign the lease

eBurst Property Management leases the home from the owner in our company's name.

You sublet from us

You sign a sublease with eBurst, move in, and pay your rent directly to us.

Approval comes first

All applicants must be reviewed and approved by eBurst Property Management before we begin searching for or leasing a home on their behalf. Approval is based on our own rental criteria, including your ability to pay the rent going forward.

The Lease

How the paperwork works

Everything is in writing, so you always know who you pay and who to call.

eBurst signs the lease with the property owner, and the owner agrees in writing that we may sublet to you
You sign a sublease with eBurst for the same home
You pay rent to eBurst through your resident portal; we handle the owner
Repairs are requested through your portal, and our team coordinates them
Before we search, you complete our pre-qualification questionnaire and an approval with eBurst
