When you submit a form, call, or email us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property details, and rental preferences. Rental applicants provide additional information through our rental application process.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare rental offers and proposals, process rental applications, manage leases and properties, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as screening and payment providers), with property owners as needed to manage their property, or when required by law.
Text messages
If you agree to be contacted by text, message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
